Tradition Gujrati Dhokla Banane Ki Samagri

  • 1 cup chawal
  • 1/2 cup chana ki dal

Raat ko inhe bhigo ker rakh de.Aur savere isko pees le phir 6 ghanta rakhe.Ager jaldi me hai to isme 3/4 chamach Eno fruit salt daale ya 1/4 chamach baking soda daale. is ke aur anya samagri bhi daale.

  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1chamach chini
  • 1-2 chamach haldi powder
  • 1 chamach tel
  • 1 chutki namak
  • 1 chamach adrakh lahsun hari mirch ka paste( is ko na bhi daale to bhi chalega)
  • 1 Cup sooji yani rava
  • 1 Cup khatta dahi
  • 1/3 Cup paani
  • 1 chamach eno fruit salt ya1/2 chamach baking powder
  • Thoda sa namak

Rava paani ka paste banaye aur paani daal ker use dheela kare lekin jyada dheela na kare.Is me adarkh lahsun hari mirch ka paste daal sakte hai.Thode time ke liye is ko rakh de aur steaming karne se pahle hi eno  fruit salt  ya baking powder mila le.

Dhokla Tadka Samagri.

  • 2-4 Tabelspoon tel,
  • 1/2 chamach rai,
  • 1/4 spoon ajwain,
  • 1/2 spoon jeera,
  • 2 sukhe lal mirch,
  • 5-6 kadhi patte,
  • Hing 1/4 spoon,
  • 1/2 chamach lal mirch powder

Dhokla Banane Ki Vidhi.

Ab hum batayenge dhokla banane ki vidhi hindi mein.Suji ka dhokla banane vidhi aur anya dhokla banane ki vidhi ek jaisi hoti hai.Hum aapko yah vidhi hindi mein batayenge.

Ek bada bartan le aur usme 2 glass paani daale aur gas ke uper rakh ke garam hone de.Bartan mein support ke liye koi katori le aur us per ulta rakh de.Ab chhoti thali le jo bade bartan mein sama sake.Aur thali mein acchi tarah tel laga le.Dhokla ka rava jo aapne taiyar kiya hai is mein daale.Puri thali uper tak na bhare aadhi hi rahne de aur chahe to uper se lal mirch powder aur jeera chhidak de.Is thali ko bade bartan mein rakhe 10 minute tak ya jab tak yah pak na jaye tab tak steaming kare.Jab ise bahar nikale to ise thanda hone de.Thanda hone per chaku thali ke side me phiraye aur isko dusari thali me spread kare.

Ab dhokle mein tadka lagaye.

Ek kadhai le aur us mein tel daale.Tel aap kam le ya jyada vo aapke uper hai jyada lenge to accha rahega taki us mein sare dhokle acchi tarah tel mein bheeg jaye.Ab tel garam kare.Dhua nikalne per us mein rai daale aur chitput hone per baaki ki samagri daale aur bhune.
