Ab kadhai mein doodh ublne ke liye slow gass ker ke rakh de, aur doodh ko ublne de doodh ublte – ublte jab doodh per jaise hi malai ki halki parat dikhe to usko kalchhi se uthaker kadhai ke kinare laga dijiye. Thodi der baad phir jab malai ki parat pade to phir kinare lagate rahiye. Iss tarah doodh ko slow gass per ublne dijiye. Aur malai ke parat ko kinare lagate rahiye. Tab chini, pista, badam, chirogi aur elaychi powder dalker mix kare phir kalchhi se kadhai ke kinare lagi malai ko khurach ker nikale aur gadhe doodh mein mila dijiye. Ab tasty rabadi taiyar hai, aap isse garam – garam ya freez mein rakh ker thandi ker ke bhi serve ker sakte hai.
