  • Degi lal mirch – 1 tsp.
  • Namak – 1.5 tsp(swadanusar)

Vidhi

Pav bhaji ke liye achhi tarike se gobhi ko dhul le phir bareek kat lijiye. Gobhi aur mater ko ek bartan mein 1 cup paani dalker naram hone tak pakane dijiye. Aloo ko chhil le aur tamater ko bareek kat lijiye. Shimla mirch ke beej ko hataker bareek kat lijiye. Gobhi mater ko check ker le naram ho jane ke baad gass band ker de.

Bhaji mein kati hui hari dhaniya aur 1 spoon butter dalker mila dijiye. Ab bhaji ready hai. Ek bowl mein nikalker butter aur hari dhaniya se garnishing kijiye.
