Samagri

  • 250g paneer,
  • 1 midium size pyaaz,
  • 5-6 kaju,
  • 1 tea spoon dhaniya beez(bhune hue),
  • 1-2 laung,
  • 1/2 tukada tej patta,
  • 1 chhota tukada dalchini,
  • 2 hari elaychi,
  • 1 table spoon adarak aur lahsun ka paste,
  • 1/4 tea spoon haldi powder,
  • 1/2 lal mirch powder,
  • 1/2 tea spoon dhaniya powder,
  • 1/3 cup dahi(khatta na ho),
  • 1/3 cup garam paani,
  • 1/2 tea spoon chini(ager aap chahe to),
  • 2 table spoon fresh malai,
  • 1/4 tea spoon garam masala powder,
  • 2-3 kesar ke dhage paani mein ghule hue,
  • 3 table spoon oil ya ghee,
  • Namak aapke taste ke according,
  • 1-2 tea spoon kasuri methi(decorate ke liye)

Shahi paneer banane ki vidhi

Bhune hue dhaniya beez ke sath kaju ko pees ker bareek powder bana le. Ek pane mein oil ko middle gas mein garam kare,laung tej patta, dal chini aur hari elaychi daliye. Jab ye sab bhun jaye to peesa hua pyaaz daliye. Pyaaz ko chalate rahe halke bhure hone tak. Lagbhag 3-4 minute tak bhuniye. Adarak aur lahshun ka paste, haldi powder,lal mirch powder,dhaniya powder,kaju ka powder jo aap ne uper banaya hai in sabko 1 minute tak bhuniye. Peese hue tamater ki pury aur namak mila lijiye. Aur usko 2 minute tak pakaye chalate rahiye. Matha hua dahi, chini aur 1/3 cup garam paani milaye. Achhe se milaker mishran ko tab tak ubaliye jab tak tel na chhutane lag jaye. Pane ko gas per se hata de aur 5 minute ke liye thanda hone de. Masala (laung tej patta, dalchini,aur hari elaychi) in sab ko mixer mein bareek pees ker pury banaye mishran ko wapas usi pane mein daal ker gas per rakh de. Fresh malai aurgaram masala powder aur paani mein ghula kesar dal dijiye.Aur achhe se mila ker 1 minute tak pakaye. Paneer ke tukade daal kerĀ  achhe se milaye,jis se gravy un per achhe se lag jaye. Phir 3-4 minute tak pakaye aur gas band ker de. Kasuri methi se decoraye kare Punjabi butter non ya tandoori roti ke sath dopahar ke khane mein grma garam serve kare.

Is shahi paneer mein bina tale hue paneer ka use kiya jata hai.sabji ka taste badhane ke liye hum paneer ko tel ya ghee mein halke bhure color hone tak tale.Phir sabji daale. Aur taiyar shahi paneer ko malai se decorate kare.
