Til aur moongfali (Peanut) ki barfiTil se bane hue barfi aur sweets thand ke season mein khane ka maja hi alag hai. Til se kai prkar se sweets banaye jate hai. Aaj hum aapko batayege til aur moongfali ki barfi. Til aur bhuni hui moongfali ko pees ker banai hui til ki barfi sardiyon ke liye khass barfi hai. Mujhe umeed hai ki iska taste aapko jaroor pasand aayega.

Samagri-

  • Til – 2 cup (260g).
  • Chini – 2 cup (250g).
  • Moongfali ke dane¬† – 1 cup (150g).
  • Ghee 2-3 tbs.
  • Elaychi 5-6.
  • Chirunji – 1 tbs.
  • Kaju 10-12 (2 tbs).
  • Nariyal – 1 cup (kaddukas kiya hua) (60-70g).

Til (sesame seeds) aur moongfali (Peanut) ki barfi banane ki vidhi-

Pane ko gass per garam kare aur ab usme til dalker lagater chlate hue halka sa color change hone tak bhun lijiye. Gass ko medium hi rakhein, bhune hue til ko ek plate mein nikal lijiye aur til ko peesker powder bana ljiye.

Ab bhune hue moongfali ke daane ko peesker powder bana lijiye. Phir pane mein 1 tbs ghee dalker moongfali powder ko lagatar chalate hue 1-2 minute tak bhun lijiye. Aur isse pyale mein nikal lijiye. Ab kaju ko chhote – chhote tukado mein kaat lijiye,aur elaychi ka powder bana liiye.

Chashni banaye– Ek pane mein 2 cup chini aur adha cup se thoda jyada paani dalker chini ghulne tak ubal lijiye. Jab chashni mein ubal aane lage to chshni ki 1-2 boond chamach ki madad plate per nikalker rakh lijiye, ab isko ungali aur anguthe (Thumb) ke beech mein chipkaye, ager aapki chashni mein lamba taar niklta hai dikhayi de raha hai to aapki chashni taiyar ho gayi hai. Gass ko band ker dijiye.

Chashni mein peese hue til moongfali kate hue kaju, chironji, nariyal (thode nariyal bacha lijiye) aur elaychi powder dalker achhe chlate hue mix ker lijiye. Iss taiyar mishran ko ghee lagi hui plate mein jamane ke liye rakh dijiye, aur upper se chironji dalker chamach se daba dijiye. Mishran ko jamne ke baad barfi shape mein kat lijiye. Til moongfali ki barfi banker taiyar hai.

Iss barfi ko aap thanda ho jane per kisi dabbe mein bharker rakh dijiye, aur 10-15 din tak maje se barfi khaiye.

Note- Til ko bhunte samay dhyan de ki, til jald hi bhun jati hai uske fulne aur color change hone tak unhe bhunna hai, ager til jyada bhun jati hai to uska taste kadwa ho jata hai.$Chashni bnate samay dhyan rakhna hai ki, chashni jyada patli nahi honi chahiye nahi to barfi achhe se nahi jamti hai. Aur chashni ke jyada sakht hone per barfi kadak ho jati hai
