Manchurian ke gole ke liye

  • 1/3 cup maida.
  • 2 table spoon corn flour.
  • 3/4 cup kaddu kas kiya hua gazer.
  • 3/4 cup patta gobhi.
  • 1/2 cup bareek kati hui shimla mirch.
  • 1 hari mirch.
  • 1/2 spoon kali mirch powder.
  • 1 chutki Ajinomoto (ager aap chahe to).
  • 1 tea spoon talne ke liye tel.
  • Namak (aap ke taste ke anusar)

Gravy ke liye

 

  • 2 tea spoon peesa hua aderkh.
  • 2 hari mirch, 2 lambe part mein kati hui.
  • 1 table spoon bareek kata hua lahsun.
  • 2 table spoon bareek kata hua pyaaz.
  • 1 table spoon tel.
  • 2 table spoon soya sous.
  • 1/2 table spoon chilly sous.
  • 2 table spoon tamato ketchup.
  • 1 tea spoon kali mirch powder.
  • 2 table spoon corn flour.
  • 1+2 cup paani.
  • Namak (taste ke anusar)

Manchurian ke gole banane ki vidhi

  • Ek bowl mein kaddu kas kiya hua patta gobhi, gazer, kati hui hari mirch, shimla mirch, kali mirch powder, maida, corn flour, namak aur ajinomoto daliye.
  • Sari samagri ko achhe se mila le aur milane ke baad bane mishran ke gole bana le. Mishran mein paani dalne ki jarurat nahi hai, jo sabjiyo se nikla hua paani hai gole banane ke liye kafi hai. Ager mishran sukha ho gole dhang se nahi ban rahe hai to jarurat ke hisab se thoda paani dal sakte hai.
  • Ek kadhahi mein tel garam kare. Banaye hue gole ko golden brown hone tak madham gass mein tale, aur thali mein nikal le. ( jyada sokhane ke liye kitchen paper napkin bichha de).

  • 2 table spoon corn flour ko 1 cup sade paani mein gholiye. Kadhahi mein 1 table spoon tel garam kare. Phir us mein bareek kata hua adrakh, bareek kata hua lahsun kata hua hara pyaaz, kati hui mirch, us mein dalker 1 minute tak bhune. Phir us mein soya sous, chilly sous, tamato ketchup, dal ker 1 minute tak bhune.
  • 2 cup paani, kali mirch powder, namak dal ker mishran ko ubalne de. Jab wah ublna shuru ho jaye to 1 minute ke liye pakne de.
  • Paani mein ghula hua corn flour dale. Aur gravy ki sari samagri ko achhe se mila de. Ise slow gass per 2 minute ke liye pakne de. Tale hue manchurian ke golo ko dal ker slow gass per 3 minute ke liye pakne de. Ab gass ko band ker de aur ise hare pyaaz se decorate kare. Garam aur spicy-spicy manchurian ko chines fried rice ya noodles ke sath serve kare.

  • Starting mein gravy patali honi chahiye, kyu ki yah pakne ke baad gadhi ho jati hai.
  • Manchurian ke golo ko serve karne se thik pahle banaye nahi to sabjiyo ki nami ki wazah se naram ho jayenge.
