  • Maida 100g.
  • 1 Shimla Mirch.
  • Band gobhi 1 cup kaddu kas kiya hua.
  • Gazer-Adha cup kaddu kas kiya hua.
  • Pneer adha cup crumbal kiya hua.
  • Til ka tel -2 table spoon.
  • Kali mirch-1/4 chamach se kam.
  • Lal mirch-1/4 chamach se adha.

How to make momos

Maida ko kisi bartan me chhan ker nikal lijiye. Aur paani ki madad se ise naram guth le.Guthe aate ko 1 ghante tak dhak ker rakh de.Taki aata fool jaye.

Tab tak pitthi taiyar ker le.( Apne taste ke according aap lahsun aur pyaaz ka bhi is mein prayog ker sakte hai)

Ek pane lijiye,us mein tel daal ker garam kare.Garam tel mein adrak hari mirch daal ker bhuniye kati hui sabjiya paneer daal dijiye,kali mirch, lal mirch,sirka,soya suas,namak,hari dhaniya milaker 2 minute tak bhun lijiye.Momos mein bharne ke liye pitthi taiyar hai.(Ager aap is mein pyaaz aur lahsun ko dalna chahti hai to sabji dalne se pahle pyaaz aur lahsun ko bhun le.)Ab guthe hue aate ki chhoti chhoti tikki bana le (1 cup aate mein 20-22 tikki  banati hai).Ab tikki ko bel le aur dhyaan rahe ki patla bela jana chahiye. Ab beli hui puri mein pitthi bhare aur charo taraf se mod ker band ker le. Sare momos ko isi tarah paka lijiye. Ab momos ko bhaap se pakana hai.Jiske liye aapko bartan lena padega. Jis mein 4-5 bartan lage hote hai uper niche, niche wala khana thoda bada hota hai kyu ki us mein paani bhara jayega.Aur upar se 3 ya 4 bartan jis mein jaali bani hoti hai. Ab sabse niche wale bartan mein 1/3 paani bhar ker gas per pani garam, karne ke liye rakh de. Dusare bartan aur tisare chuthe bartan mein momos laga ker rakh de,1 bartan mein kareeb 12-14 momos aa jate hai,bhaap se 10 minute tak pakaye. Ager niche wale bartan ke momos pak gye hai to us bartan ko uper rakh de aur dusare bartan ko niche laga de. Aur 8 minute baad ise bhi uper ker de. Tisare bartan wale momos ko paani wale bartan ke uper rakhker aur 5-6 minute tak bhaap mein sek le.Hum time is liye kam karte ja rhe hai kyu ki saare bartan ek ke uper ek hai aur bhaap uper ki taraf ja ker use bhi thoda pakati hai.momos ready hai.

Ager aap ke pass momos pakane ke bartan nahi hai to aap kisi aise bartan mein paani ko garam kare jisme chawal chalne wali chalni aa jaye. Momos ko chalni mein rakhe aur jis bartan mein paani garam ho raha hai us per chalni ko achhe se lagaye jis se ki us mein paani na chala jaye. Paani mein ek metal ka stand daale aur momos wali chalni us per rakh de aur 10 minute tak momos ko bhaap se pakaye
