Aap dopahar ka khana kam matra mein le sakte hai.Ise chhodne se kam se ghar aane tak aapko jyada bhukh lag sakti hai.Jisse aap raat mein khana jarurat se jyada kha lenge.

Sham ka snakes

Is time aapko phir se bhukh lagne lagti hai,to aap cheese ke sath 2 slice brown bread aur 1 glass Banana shake/Custered apple shake/mango shake ya 1 cup coffee ya tea le sakte hai. Sham ka snakes main khana nahi hai. Phir  bhi khoyi hui energy wapas aa jati hai.

Dinner

Raat ke khane mein 1 bowl namkeen ya mitha le sakte hai.Iske sath sath 1-2 ghee chupadi chapati le aur hari sabji,ya 1 bowl dal, 1 plate salad lena chahiye.Phir khana ke baad 15-20 minute baad 1 glass nimbu paani gunguna pina chahiye.

Aapka dinner protein se bhara hona chahiye.Aur us mein koi bhi aisi cheez na ho jo aap asani se digest na ker paye. Aur raat ka khana bed per  jaane se  2.5 ghante pahle ker lena chahiye jisse khana acche se digest ho jaye. Aur  digestive system bhi na kharab ho.Is diet ko apnaker aap apna weight badha sakte hai ager tab bhi nahi hota hai to doctor se advice le.
